Winter Program

We signed up for a revitalisation program, my wife and I . The preperations started three days back. The program is called Winter Vitality and it includes foods free from bread, dairy, refined sugar, and processed foods. Also coffee should be left out, (or at least reduced). Fruits, vegetables, meats (preferably not too much), are allowed. Basically, unprocessed foods of good quality, freshly made.
Furthermore, the day starts with a cold shower, followed by yogic exercises which could be morning meditations, breathing exercises, spinal gymnastics, or upbeat boost movements, making the body come alive with new strength.
Why would anyone commit to such regime? Because it's healthy, and it is vitalizing. It is tough, but it pays off in a rejuvenating manner.
To me it is especially good since I was dignosed with a heart condition last year which ended up in surgical treatment, and which pretty much made the year a none-year to me. Many good things happened and I am grateful for the help I recieved, but it was not exactly an up-tempo situation.
So, I am very happy for new opportunities and new inspiration! I wrote this first thing in the morning, now it's cold shower and breath work to kick-start the day!
Have a great day, see you all tomorrow!
