The Lightness of this World

Yesterday I touched upon expansion vs contraction and I suggested recognizing the feel of these bodily expressions.
Today I want to recognize the lightness of this world.
We often approach our world with a frown on. It must not be wrong - we might concentrate on a matter at hand - there might be something we need to tend to. We are focused and seek a solution. Nothing wrong here.
But sometimes the frown gets stuck. Inside out and outside in.
And the lightness of this world gets shaded, - hidden and forgotten.
There is a natural lightness to this world. It can be recognized by easening our brow, by smoothening our forehead, by letting the tension between our eyes go.
Outside in - inside out. Close your eyes and smile.
It's free!
