The first three Noble Truths tells us that we suffer because we cling to our desires, but there is a remedy—a way out.
The Fourth Noble truth provides us with a recipe—a path to walk—we suffer, yes—but there is a way out —it is doable, the Buddha himself did it.
The recipe of the Fourth Truth is outlined as an eightfold path which mainly tells us to conduct our lives righteously and responsibly.
Thus, the Four Noble Truths of the Buddha can be summerized like this: We suffer—but there is a way out—and the way out is in our own hands.
Here we find great material to further explore the meaning of life.
The way out, as I see it, is the way in 🙏
