When I hear a well-read physicist, - cosmologist, - mathematician, as Leonard Susskind saying that the speed of light is not a speed really—then it makes perfect sense to me.

He says that the speed of light, in vacuum that is, is not a speed because it does not vary, it does not change. It cannot go faster, and it cannot go slower. It is what it is—it is a constant.

It does make sense to me because it reminds me of the infinite factor. The infinite factor cannot change either. It is not a little more infinite at one end and a little less infinite at another. It is always infinite. I'm just saying.
