Committing to change, or any creative endeavor really, requires a certain amount of discipline.

Or to say it frankly, - it requires discipline, - period. There are not two ways about it.

When I want to achieve something, I must commit to the work it involves.

I can tell myself, and everyone around me, that I do it because I must.

But it would not be true.

I have a choice.

And today I choose to add a recognized value of discipline into my vocabulary.
